I was at my friends house when I saw her paper wreath she had won and I had to make one. So, I bought an old book from the DI. One that didn't have pictures and older looking pages. More or tan paper than starch white. I distressed all the pages front and back with a black ink pad. I then took a pencil and wrapped the paper around it- hot glued the tip and shoved it in the foam wreath until it was all filled with paper. :)
